When the amount of zinc increases to about 45%, the room temperature strength of brass turned components increases continuously. If further increase in the amount of zinc, brass turned components will be brittle, the intensity of a sharp decline, so that brass turned parts performance deterioration. And the room temperature plasticity of brass turned components always decreases with the increase of the content of zinc. Brass turned parts are widely used, such as water supply pipes, medals, bellows, serpentine tubes, condensate pipes, shell casings and various shapes of sophisticated stamping, hardware and so on. With the increase of zinc content, from H63 to H59, brass turned parts can well withstand hot Machining, and more used in machinery and electrical parts, stamping parts and musical instruments, etc..
