What are the principles of tool arrangement in CNC Machining?

In economic CNC Machining, because tool grinding, measurement and replacement are mostly carried out manually and take a long time to assist, it is necessary to arrange the order of tool arrangement reasonably. Generally, the following principles should be followed:

1. Minimizing the number of cutters;

2. After a tool is clamped, it should complete all the machining part it can carry out;

3. Cutting tools for rough and fine machining should be used separately, even for cutters of the same size and specifications;

4. Milling before drilling;

5. Curved surface finishing machining first, and then two-dimensional contour finishing machining.

6. When possible, the automatic tool changing function of NC machine tools should be used as far as possible to improve production efficiency.
