Machining Transparent Plastics

Transparent plastics include: Acrylic and Polycarbonate,Acrylic=PMMA, Polycarbonate=PC

The difference between them is the following three points:

1 Acrylic transmittance higher than Polycarbonate 2%~5%, to a large extent can replace glass.

2 under the same gravity impact, Polycarbonate Machining Parts withstand force is Acrylic Machining Parts three times.

3 Polycarbonate is more resistant to heat than Acrylic, and Polycarbonate itself has a flame retardant performance, electrical insulation performance is better.
